Alina Mnatsakanian + Barbara Minder
Improvised live drawing and music
photo Zoé Lavanchy
In this collaborative project in the form of improvised performance, Alina Mnatsakanian intervenes with drawings that she creates live on a tablet while Barbara Minder plays on her augmented instruments.
The drawings in progress are projected on the walls to create ephemeral audio-visual atmospheres for the viewer.
8 Important Places for Alina Mnatsakanian - 8 Great Places to Barbara Minder. If these places have become important for them, it is at the mercy of the hazards of life. Private decisions, political changes, minor or fundamental turns that have brought these two artists here and now. To echo this fragile random story, couples of visual and sound locations are drawn at random and serve as a starting point for each performance.
